Leadership Impact is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on strengthening the leaders, teams, and organizations working to create a better world.
We believe nonprofits shouldn't have to choose between investing in their mission and investing in the people who make that mission possible.
That's why we provide eligible organizations with funded access to leadership assessments, development tools, AI-powered insights, and experienced Advisors.
Leadership Impact combines local communities with broader investments in strategic sectors such as education and healthcare.
Our Growth Leader Collectives bring local Advisors and nonprofit organizations together while sharing tools, knowledge, and learning across the broader Leadership Impact network.
