How our Grants Work
Step 1.
Explore
A funded pilot to discover what's possible.
Selected organizations receive an initial grant to experience the Leadership Impact platform and work with an expert Advisor.
Together, you'll identify your organization's most important leadership or team-development needs and determine whether the platform is a good fit.
Funded support: up to $1,200
Step 2.
Develop
Build stronger leaders and teams.
Organizations that complete the pilot may be eligible for expanded support focused on areas such as:
Leader development
Team development
Selection and onboarding
Succession planning
Leadership assessment
Funded support: up to $25,000
Step 3.
Accelerate
Take leadership development further.
Organizations with a demonstrated need and strong fit may be eligible for larger investments to develop leadership, team, or organizational solutions that can scale across their organization or sector.
Funded support: up to $100,000
In some cases, Leadership Impact may work with organizations to develop AI-enabled solutions that can be applied more broadly across a sector or community.

Leadership Impact is designed for nonprofits and social impact organizations whose work contributes to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
