How our Support Works

Purposeful Pilot
We gift 1,200 USD worth of tokens to allow the organization to conduct a test of the LEA platform with an expert Advisor to determine fit.
2.
Leadership ROI
We invest up to 25k USD worth of LEA tokens to enable improved leadership effectiveness and development with the LEA platform. The focus can be on Selection/Onboarding, Leader Development, Team Development, or Succession Planning.
3. Accelerator Program
We invest up to 100k worth of LEA tokens to accelerate leader, team and/or organization effectiveness. In this program, we co-create Agentic solutions that can be scaled across sectors and/or skill pools in non-profit or social impact ecosystems.
