Leadership Impact connects experienced coaches, executives, nonprofit leaders, and organizational development professionals with nonprofits that are working to create meaningful social impact.
You bring the leadership experience. We provide the platform, training, and opportunity to put that experience to work.
What's the Commitment?
Leadership Impact's funded model is designed to make it possible for experienced professionals to contribute their expertise without requiring a full-time commitment.
Advisors may support nonprofit leaders through funded engagements, participate in their local Growth Leader Collective, and help identify organizations that could benefit from Leadership Impact.
The current program provides Advisors with the free certifications in exchange for volunteer support to three nonprofits each year.
Advisors who wish to take on additional work may have opportunities to continue supporting organizations at a reduced rate.
